As previously said I had a bad experience at 1 Mini dealership but Bowker definitely got rid of that bad taste and were brilliant throughout.
Friendly, informed service staff. Lovely comfortable waiting area and car was serviced and washed within 90 minutes, as promised

The mini showroom is being renovated and as a result i had to go to the bmw main showroom where everyone seems to take themselves a bit to seriously.
Bowkers were helpful with the date. They texted to remind me and the car was ready when it was required back. They were very good at explaining the service and checks which were carried out. Good coffee!!

I was unable to get my car to the garage for its Service. Bowker Blackburn didn't hesitate when I requested for it to be collected. They picked up my car on time returning it later the same day, service done, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service!

I have been dealing with Bowker Blackburn for 20 years and never had a bad customer service experience
The staff were brilliant with me and my children whilst I as purchasing the vehicle
The salesman and staff were great. He kept me informed about in the months prior to getting the car and also when I received the car I had a personalised number plate was on the car when I picked it up. It was the best car best car experience I had
Love my new mini! Delivery was super quick- I chose an in stock new mini which matched my requirements perfectly.
As already mentioned, unfortinately having to make another unscheduled visit to the centre has dulled the experience.

When I arrived to pick up the car I noticed a scratch on the trim around the wheel arch. I didn't expect to find any fault with it. Although it was fixed later in the week it was a slight disappointment.
The car was delivered on time (in fact before expected delivery date)
