The Legal Bit

  1. MINI tlc XL can only be purchased for MINIs which have had MINI tlc.
  2. This applies to new petrol MINI Hatch (registered from November 2006).
  3. MINI tlc XL must be purchased before the first service visit following the end of the MINI tlc package from any MINI Dealer or MINI Service Authorised Workshop within the UK.
  4. MINI tlc XL starts when MINI tlc expires and covers the cost of the parts, lubricants and labour involved in MINI servicing for a further three years / 30,000 miles, to a maximum of eight years / 80,000 miles when combined with MINI tlc, whichever milestone is reached first. It does not cover repair and maintenance items, such as tyres, brake pads, top-ups etc.
  5. Services which do not have a voucher in the MINI tlc XL book are not included in the MINI tlc XL package. If in doubt, ask your MINI Dealer or MINI Service Authorised Workshop for clarification.
  6. Servicing must be carried out at a MINI Service Authorised Workshop by MINI Approved Technicians.
  7. Servicing conducted under MINI tlc XL must be carried out in line with the Manufacturer's time and mileage recommendations.
  8. Any form of tuning or performance enhancement that is not MINI approved invalidates the MINI tlc XL agreement.
  9. MINI tlc XL is transferable to subsequent owners of the car but not transferable to another car.
