Kelby worked to ensure no cost was passed onto myself for the repairs required. She consulted with my dealership to negotiate costs.

As explained - a couple of things slipped through the net and were sorted out by Kelby but in fairness as they were dealt with quickly and efficiently and they worked with my availability I was still very pleased overall.

It was not a service but an issue with the air con which had a bad smell. I was especially grateful to Adam in sales who had also ordered mats for me; I received excellent care and there were no probs at all.
