The staff are great. Oliver was wonderful in helping us through the process of buying the car and as excited as we were when the car arrived. He kept me up to date on the delivery date of the car, even down to letting me know when it was being built.

We have now bought 3 electric minis from Bowker Blackburn and the sales service and handover have been excellent.

Very helpful, knowledgeable & professional staff throughout the whole process. (Our Mini Sales Executive was Patric). We didn't feel pressured but he was available if we had any questions etc.

I would prefer hard copy documents regarding finance agreements rather than on line. I would appreciate your feedback in this matter as we are not all great with the digital world and should have the option of hard copy documentation.

Swift brake fluid service and brake pads change

Tried the usual, it needs rear brake pads, saying they did a visual inspection of the pads quoting 3mm left. I removed the wheels and checked them measuring a minimum of 7mm

When I made the appointment I wasn't informed that Mini service had moved back across from BMW.

I was welcomed warmly on the morning and Adam ensured I was happy with everything before leaving in my new Mini and I felt totally reassured if I had any queries or questions that he would be available to help, anytime.
