From the first time of walking into Bowker to look at buying a Mini I felt well looked after and this continued right through to my handover day. I didn't feel rushed to leave with my new car the salesman spent time with me explaining everything.

Very good reception. Only problem had front springs replaced earlier this year healthcheck amber rear brake pads. MOT and service this time health check green on brake pads wonder why no satisfactory answer when I questioned this

Turned up early, there was a self check in screen and a lady behind the desk came out to assist. Got a call at linch to say all done and came back to sparkly clean car.

Car had a small scratch on offside front door which I sent pictures to the dealer and they said they couldn't see anything but I should have been more vigilant on picking the car up . I did buff out the little scratch myself
