I was told to bring my car in for 9am even though it was booked in for 10. I had plans at 1:30 but didn't think I'd need to mention this at the time. I didn't get a call until just before 12. I waited over an hour after this to collect my car

As the main dealer I expected my car returned completely restored not to breakdown less than a mile from workshop. Not good in this heat for 4 hours.

Was a little dissatisfied with the quoted price, being a good £1000 more than expected on the booking in price, extra work needed so was more but the final price of £1215 was near £400 more than displayed on the website.
