I was a sot and wait. Service very good kept up to date. Lost a star as the machine to change air-conditioning gas wasn't working. I was told I would receive a call to arrange to come in. Call hasn't been recieved yet.

Once Bowker were alerted to the difficulties, they were brilliant. Picked the car up, kept in touch with me and redelivered my car back to me.

Satisfied witht hte service but not with the complementary cleaning. Noticed that my car is still dirty. When i opened the rear door, it was not cleaned at all or even touched.

My experience was entirely positive! The reception staff and the service advisers Mia and Craig were all polite and informative, in terms of their individual roles. The showroom/reception and customer toilet facilities were bright and clean.
