Overall an absolutely amazing experience with the centre and staff who clearly went above and beyond, however to give it five stars would have implied a perfect handover however my sales adviser did appear somewhat anxious and a slightly overwhelmed.

Car had a small scratch on offside front door which I sent pictures to the dealer and they said they couldn't see anything but I should have been more vigilant on picking the car up . I did buff out the little scratch myself

From the first time of walking into Bowker to look at buying a Mini I felt well looked after and this continued right through to my handover day. I didn't feel rushed to leave with my new car the salesman spent time with me explaining everything.

Very friendly, trustworthy. Most important for us was no pressure, very family friendly and understanding as we had our children with us. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were being picky!! Very understanding and patient
